The person commits him/herself to consider all information which has come to his/her knowledge while the Inspection process carried out by FMPL(IB) as proprietary information and shall regard and treat such information as confidential.

All records, documents, material and information relating to FMPL(IB) and its Client, shall be deemed and considered proprietary and confidential information.
The person shall under no circumstance take a record, document, material or
information in any physical or electronic form from the Client’s premises without
the explicit consent of both the Client and FMPL(IB).

The person hereby declares that, except as authorised in writing by the Director of
FMPL, he/she shall not at any time make any commercial use of, or disclose to any
third party, any such confidential information described above.

The declaration hereby given shall not prevent the Expert from disclosing to any
third party, such confidential information referred to above if it at the time of being
disclosed public knowledge.
